In every session you will enjoy all or any combination of all of the services below. You do not have to chose one or another. If there is anything you need individually, we can discuss it when we meet.

Talk Therapy

At times you might feel like you need to escape from the world for a little while, and share your deepest secrets. Do you need to quiet your mind, relax, and indulge in positive energy, and just be yourself? Well, I invite you to experience a listening ear, an open mind, acceptance, and zero judgements. Openly receive energetic healing, spiritual inspiration, and better awareness of self and others.

Aromatherapy

The name explains itself. You tell me your ailments, physical, emotional, and/or spiritual, and I will prepare a special concoction of healing aromas that soothe and truly impact the healing process.

Touch Therapy

Whether you are trying to heal a part of your body that isn't working at it's best, or you would like to find out how to release the energy that is bottled up in a specific area, or both, you can rest assured that we will work together through a variety of different kinds of healing touch, combining traditional and more modern therapeutic and healing modalities.

Hydrotherapy

Did you know ALL of the healing benefits of water? Many don't, and the best way to learn how is to allow yourself to indulge in the best bath or shower you have ever had. Experience a series of stimulation and sensations that you might have never felt before, and will then feel like you can't live without moving forward.

Reflexology

Your hands and feet serve as a road map to your entire being, including your internal systems and mental state. You might not feel your hands and/or feet aching, but they reflect what needs to heal. Focusing on your hands and feet will feel as if you had an all around system reset button.
